Since 2023, L500 has hosted Executive Retreats in Austin and Miami, bringing together a powerful network of Latina leaders for connection, reflection, and renewal. Designed as our flagship experience, these retreats create space to disconnect from the day-to-day and fully immerse in meaningful conversations, shared learnings, and personal growth.

Over 24 transformative hours, attendees strengthen authentic relationships, reconnect with their inner purpose, and leave empowered with renewed clarity and confidence to continue thriving in their professional journeys.
