What is L500?

L500 is a private network of Latina leaders with the goal of empowering and elevating more Latinas into executive roles. 

Our vision is that every Fortune 500 company will have a Latina in the C-Suite. In order to achieve this ambitious goal, we created a private network of Latina executives that can empower each other, open doors for each other, build bridges, create connections and make an impact on younger Latinas so they can also aspire to have a seat at the table.

About our Members

Founded in 2023, L500 has rapidly grown into a thriving network with active chapters in Austin, Miami, and the San Francisco Bay Area, bringing together more than 80 accomplished leaders representing diverse companies and industries.

Members include Directors, VPs, SVP and C-Suite at companies such as Airbnb, Cisco, Dell, Expedia Group, Gilead, Google, Lenovo, Mastercard, NI, Newlink, PepsiCo, Microsoft, SAP and Visa. Members also include entrepreneurs, leaders at startups, partners at law firms, senior bankers, CEOs at local Chambers of Commerce, and executive directors at national non-profit organizations.

About our Chapters

L500 is a chapter-based organization, focused on building a strong, local network of Latina leaders in key markets with virtual opportunities to connect members.

We first launched L500 in Austin in 2023, then expanded to Miami, and most recently launched our new chapter in the Bay Area. Each chapter hosts in-person professional development events and networking events to strengthen relationships, build meaningful relationships and empower our L500 members.
